Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the poster QR and join in seconds with one selfie — no app required. Those who wish can also use the mobile app.

Which package should I choose?

1 Pix = 1 photo. Compact for small invitations, Standard for weddings/mid-size, Versatile for busy events and agencies, Premium for festivals/large organizations. For 5000+ photos, get a custom enterprise offer.

Is there a subscription?

No. It works on a credit (Pix) system; spend your purchased credit on as many events as you like. No recurring payments.

How do photographers upload photos?

Three ways: from a phone with Pixlomi Up for instant Wi-Fi upload by connecting the camera, from a desktop with Pixlomi MultiUp for bulk upload, or a secure link without an account. Duplicate detection is built in.

What is the NFC card?

With the Versatile and Premium plans, one NFC card tailored to your event is included free. When a guest taps the card to their phone, they reach the event gallery directly.

Refunds and invoicing?

Payments are securely processed via iyzico and an invoice is issued. For refund terms see Sales & Refunds ile Distance Sales Agreement'ni inceleyebilirsiniz.

How long are photos accessible after the event?

The gallery stays open for a period after the event; guests and the organizer can download their photos during this time. From the organizer panel you can close the gallery anytime or manage the duration.
